ITALIAN SALAD 
1 can black olives, pitted
1 jar salad olives
1 jar green peppers (pepperoncini)

Rinse above with water and drain. 2 jars artichoke hearts

Put all above in bowl. Mix approximately 3/4 to 1 cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon oregano and 5 large cloves garlic. Leave sit for 24 hours, room temperature. Will keep forever in refrigerator. Enjoy!
