1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Set aside. Mix together dry ingredients and add to hot mixture. Beat eggs and stir into mixture, then add vanilla. Bake in a 9"x13" greased and floured pan 22 minutes or until comes out clean at 375 degrees.
