CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE - CAKE | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 6 eggs 1 c. flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla Add sugar to softened butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix cocoa with flour. Gradually add to other mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla. Bake in greased and floured 8" pan at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Recipe handed down in four generations of my family. Pie-Cake will be very soft (uncooked) in the center. Cut pieces of the pie-cake from the edges. Place on plate and spoon the "runny" center over the cake. Don't overcook. |
