AVOCADO SALAD 
2 avocados, peeled & cut in half
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
4 lg. lettuce leaves
Italian dressing (Bernsteins Italian with cheese is best)

Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 plates. Top with 1/2 avocado, hollow side up. Fill hollow with mandarin orange slices and cover with Italian dressing. Looks beautiful when served and tastes wonderful.
