OATMEAL (BANANA) MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk or 3 mashed ripe bananas
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Stir together first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the last 3 ingredients. Pour into flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
