BANANA-OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (include juice)
2 c. mashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Add eggs, pineapple, bananas and oil. Stir just until moistened.

Spoon into greased muffin pans (or muffin paper cups). Fill 2/3 full. Bake t 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until done. One recipe makes 24 muffins.
