BUTTER PECAN BARS 
2 sticks butter
1 box light brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into bars.
