SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. flour
Blueberries, drained pineapple, or chopped apples (opt.)

Mix all ingredients and divide into muffins. Sprinkle with nutmeg and sugar. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
