WALLEYE PIKE 
4 lbs. fish fillets
1 egg
1 c. ground crackers, saltine
1 c. potato flakes
2 tbsp. shore lunch

Mix crackers, shore lunch and potato flakes in medium size bowl. Put scrambled egg in another bowl. Dip fish fillet into egg and coat well, then dip into cracker mixture then put in fry pan with 1/3 cup of oil over medium heat. Flip fillet when golden brown and fry until done, about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
