1 fryer, cut up
1/2 lb. ham, cubed
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 can cream soup, mushroom or chicken

Place in layers in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover the last 30 minutes.
