TOMATO SALAD 
Tomatoes
Italian dressing
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Slice tomatoes thinly. Arrange on platter. Pour dressing over and top with cheese. Serve at once - very good!

1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can yellow beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, drained

Any combination of beans can be used, (using more or less, your choice). Fresh beans can be used but must be cooked first.

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced red pepper

1/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. canola oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Add all beans to above mixtures. Make night before. Makes a large dish.
