LEMON CHICKEN | |
3-4 roasting chicken Kosher salt Lemon Rinse chicken, pat dry. Sprinkle chicken inside and out with Kosher salt (must be Kosher salt). Put whole lemon inside, tie shut. Roast at 350 degrees for 2 hours. You will be amazed how moist this chicken is. I've also done this with a turkey using 2-3 lemons depending on size. |
