GRAPE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, seasoned
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. white seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped pecans, roasted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
Black pepper, as desired

Cook chicken in water with a little salt, until tender. Cool and chop. Soak in lemon juice overnight or several hours. Mix with other ingredients and serve on lettuce.
