JELLO TOPPING 
3/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
1 egg

Heat milk. Blend together the rest of the ingredients and add to milk. Stir over medium heat until spoon is coated. Don't overcook, as it will curdle. Good served over pound cake.
