NUT ROLLS 
1/2 lb. butter
3 egg yolks
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. evaporated milk
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together butter, egg yolks, dry yeast, evaporated milk, and flour. Divide in fourths. Chill overnight. Sprinkle 1/4 the mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nuts on bread board. Put 1/4 dough on top of mixture and roll out like a pie. Cut in 12 wedges and roll each wedge from the wide end. Prepare remaining 3/4 dough in the same manner. Bake in greased pan or pans at 375 degrees about 20 minutes.
