ITALIAN CABBAGE SOUP 
1 head cabbage, chunked
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 to 3 ribs celery, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 lb. spaghetti, broken, cooked, and drained
1 c. spaghetti sauce

Simmer vegetables in enough water until tender. Add drained spaghetti and sauce. Simmer until hot. Serve in soup bowl with crusty bread.
