BAILEY'S IRISH CREME 
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
About 1 c. alcohol of your choice (scotch, whiskey, brandy)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Blend well. Blender works well to mix ingredients. Keeps refrigerated up to 30 days.
