BACON AND CHEESE OMELET 
12 slices bacon
6 slices American cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk

Cook bacon; drain. Curl 1 slice, chop 4 slices and leave others as whole slices. Cut cheese slices into halves. Arrange in the bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Beat together the eggs and milk with fork. Add chopped bacon. Pour over cheese and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Arrange whole bacon slices on top of omelet around bacon curl. Bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Serves 6.
