MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 lg. clove garlic, diced
1 frying chicken, quartered

1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.

2. Mix together honey, mustard, soy sauce, curry, and garlic in a flat bowl.

3. Coat chicken pieces in mixture and lay them close together in a baking dish.

4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, basting frequently. Serves 4.
