OLLY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
Season salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sour cream

Season meat to taste. Add Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Mix meat and ingredients together well and let sit at room temperature. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. (Spray broiler pan with Pam for easy cleaning.) DO NOT PUT PAN IN BROILER. Form 3 burger patties of equal size. Broil on each side for approximately 5 minutes per side 3" to 5" from heat for medium. Serve on toasted bun with lettuce and tomatoes.
