TUNA PATE 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, shredded
1/2 can sm. shrimp, mashed
6 slices cooked, crisp bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. minced fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Few drops of Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients and mix well until blended. Serve with land crackers or vegetables.

May use a fish mold. Triple recipe to fill. Rub mold with mayonnaise and pack pate into it. Chill.

Use sliced green olive for eyes. Pimento strips for gills and tail and sliced fresh mushrooms for scales when unmolded.

Mixture may be frozen if made ahead of time. Recipe has a mild fish flavor and makes a spectacular looking dish for a hors d'oeuvres table.
