GRILLED CHEESE FRENCH TOAST 
PER SERVING:

2 bread slices (your favorite)
1 to 2 slices American cheese "Singles" (Kraft)
1 egg (whipped smooth)

Butter one side of each piece of bread using butter. Put the slices of American cheese singles between the bread, butter side out.

Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Grill the sandwich on both sides lightly. Turn the heat down low (or remove from the heat), so it doesn't burn.

Dip the whole sandwich in the whipped egg and brown each side again. Cover with the pan lid for a few minutes, to melt the cheese.
