APPLE NUT PIE (No Crust) 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Scant 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

Vanilla no-fat frozen yogurt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 inch glass pie plate with no- stick spray.

Combine egg and sugar, stir in next five ingredients. Spoon into pie plate. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with topping.
