OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
2 eggs, beat light and thick
2 c. milk, folded into eggs

Lightly mix into above:

1 1/4 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon or nutmeg

1. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole.

2. Bake in shallow pan of water at 350 degrees about 1 hour, until knife inserted in center comes out clear.

3. Serve plain, with whipped cream, caramel sauce or lemon sauce.

4. Serves 6.
