SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 eggs

Blend together. Pour just enough to cover bottom of buttered 8-9 inch skillet, cook over medium heat. Flip over. (Don't over cook.) Fill; then roll up.

SUGGESTED FILLINGS:

Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries, etc.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar

After rolled up - top with whipped cream and a strawberry. (Or whatever fruit you used for filling.)
