CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
2 - 2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts
1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
1 bottle Catalina French salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Combine cranberry sauce and Catalina dressing in a bowl; mix well. Wash chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Put chicken in baking pan. Cover with cranberry mixture and coat well on both sides. Bake for 1 hour in 375 degree oven or until done.
