CRANBERRY GLAZED CHICKEN 
4 halves chicken breasts or 6 to 8 thighs
1/4 c. cranberry juice
1/4 c. Frenchs prepared mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Place chicken in shallow baking pan, put the cut side up. Combine the ingredients and spoon half over the chicken. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven about 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings. Turn and spoon other 1/2 mixture.
