PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 lg. can condensed milk
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs

Beat eggs and sugar until blended. Add pumpkin, milk, spice and salt. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend 1 box of yellow cake with 1 cup butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
