VERMONT GRAHAM BREAD 
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 cup 100% pure maple syrup
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups graham flour
1 1/3 cups unbleached bread flour, sifted

In a large bowl, mix in the order listed, without overmixing.

Bake in a greased loaf pan in a preheated 350°F oven for 45-50 minutes.

This is a good quick bread for when you don't have the time for a yeast risen bread to rise.
