ALL VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
1 pkg. frozen carrots
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 doz. sm. mushrooms
1 doz. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
1/2 c. sugar

Boil first 3 items until tender (not too soft). Drain and add green pepper and onion. Bring vinegar and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add oil. Pour over first 5 ingredients. Marinate overnight. Add tomatoes and mushrooms in the morning. Toss several times. Very colorful and nutritious.
