CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1/4 c. oil
2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put Minute rice on to cook. Put oil in medium saucepan, add peppers and onions; stir. Add in cubed chicken, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Cook over low heat until chicken is cooked, about 20 minutes. Add chicken mix to rice; stir well. Serve. 8 servings.
