1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. ketchup

In a saucepan, add a small amount of warm water to meat and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on hot dogs or hamburgers.
