WINTER FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
2 apples
3 bananas
1/2 c. orange juice

DRESSING: Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Combine lemon juice, orange juice, orange peel, sugar and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Pour hot over fruit. Refrigerate overnight.
