ORANGE JELLO DELIGHT 
1 sm. box tapioca pudding (not instant)
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 lg. box orange flavored gelatin
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (16 oz.) mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping

Cook puddings, gelatin and 3 cups cold water in saucepan over medium heat, until mixture thickens. Stir constantly. Cool to room temperature. Drain fruits and stir into pudding mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
