ORANGE VELVET JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon pudding (not instant)
1 sm. pkg. tapioca pudding
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Drain fruit and reserve juice. Combine Jello and pudding mixes with 2 cups cold water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil and boil until "clear" (about 1 minute). Combine fruit juice and cold water to make 2 cups. Add to hot Jello. Stir. Add fruit, pour in mold or bowl and chill until firm.
