JAM CAKE 
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. jam
4 c. flour
1 c. raisins
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or less.
