TURKEY POT PIE 
6-8 med. potatoes, sliced
3 onions, sliced
1 can peas
3 c. cubed leftover turkey
1 c. leftover turkey gravy
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil potatoes and onions until tender; drain. Heat gravy. Drain peas. Add turkey cubes, hot gravy and drained peas to potatoes and onions. Mix and place in a greased casserole; cover with a crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is browned.
