SIMPLE BRUNCH DISH 
16 slices bread, crusts removed
8 slices Canadian bacon, thinly sliced
8 slices sharp cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 lb. melted butter for top
1 c. crushed potato chips

Place 8 slices bread flat in 9x13 inch pan. On top of each slice, put a slice of Canadian bacon, sharp cheese, and another slice of bread. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over bread. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

In the morning, pour 1 stick melted butter over this. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
