VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. green beans, cooked and drained
2 c. corn, cooked and drained
2 c. carrots, cooked and drained
1 tsp. minced onion
2 c. Cheez Whiz
1/4 stick of melted butter
2 tsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Butter, bread or cracker crumbs

Combine beans, corn, carrots and onion in buttered medium casserole. Melt butter, add flour, salt and cheese. Pour over vegetables. Top with bread or cracker crumbs. Dot with butter and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
