CHICKEN POTLUCK CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box frozen peas
1 bag egg noodles
1 onion
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Parsley to taste

Boil chicken breast until cooked. Boil egg noodles until tender. In cooking pan add chopped onions, water chestnuts, frozen peas, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and diced chicken. Make sure all ingredients are mixed together. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
