PERFECTION SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free lemon Jello
1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt (I used 1/2 tsp.)
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper

Dissolve lemon and plain gelatin in boiling water. Add salt and vinegar. Cool slightly before adding vegetables. Add the vegetables, mix well. Pour into mold, chill until firm.
