PERFECTION SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. grated onion

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add salt, mustard, vinegar, and mayonnaise. Beat until well blended. Cool until syrupy and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold. Serves 6-8.
