MOCK WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1 to 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Crisco or butter
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. white granulated sugar

Cook milk and flour until very thick over medium-low heat. (Don't burn.) Cool thoroughly. Mix sugar and butter. Beat hard with electric mixer. Add cooked mixture and continue beating. Add vanilla. The longer its beaten, the better it is.
