OPEN FACE HAMBURGERS 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard

Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 onion, grated or sliced (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes.
