ONION FRENCH BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. softened butter
1 egg

FILLING:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add 2 cups flour and rest of ingredients. Blend, beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add rest of flour and knead. Cover and let rise.

Prepare filling. When dough is doubled in bulk, press down and put on floured surface. Roll out in rectangle 18x12 inches. Spread on filling - cut dough in 3 strips lengthwise. Fold each strip over and pinch sides of each strip to hold on filling. Braid and place on greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Cover and let rise. Bake 350 degree oven, 30-35 minutes.
