WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms (canned)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 c. wild rice
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
