BANANA CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk (sour)

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, bananas, and vanilla.

Fill greased muffin tins half full. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
