PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. Favorite pasta
1 (8 oz.) Brick or favorite cheese
1 bunch broccoli (raw)
1 (8 oz.) sliced pepperoni
1/2 lb. raw sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. Salad Supreme
1 bottle Italian dressing

Cook, drain and cool pasta; cut vegetables into bite size pieces, and cube the cheese. Put all ingredients into large bowl and add salad supreme and dressing. Mix well. Better if allowed to set for a few hours or overnight. You can add any other vegetables you like.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

This recipe can be altered without sacrificing good taste. Choose a part skim natural cheese such as Mozzarella. Omit pepperoni; add vegetables-carrots, celery, cucumbers, green pepper, tomato. Omit salad supreme and use olive oil based Italian dressing.
