OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. oysters & liquid
1 pt. milk
1/2 stick butter
3 chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. flour
1 pt. half & half

Melt butter. Add flour, onions and oysters. Let oysters cook until curled. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Then heat but never boil.
