ROSETTES 
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Little cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs slightly, add milk and combine; add rest of ingredients. Have oil at 365 to 380 degrees; heat rosette iron in hot oil. Then dip into batter and bake to oil; rosette may slide off iron when set or may have to gently ease off with a fork.
